		<description>Seriously, the RTC rule is ridiculous.     What was Ken&#039;s reasoning for instituting this policy?   His post hints at some &quot;problems&quot;, but what were the problems facing Geronimo.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Honestly, if you can&#039;t trust your committers to commit without review, then they shouldn&#039;t have commit rights to begin with. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Is the problem that the Geronimo people are too quick to herd committers into the project?</description>
